Target Selection Criteria
The team will be selected on the best two scores shot at any 12 dozen record status shoots between 1st April 2023 and 31st July 2023.
The 12 dozen record status rounds that will be accepted are:
- • UKRS York/Hereford
- • WRS WA1440 Gents/Ladies
- • WRS Double WA720 (only one double round score to be accepted)
Scores from Nottinghamshire competitions will be collated by the Team Manager; for competitions elsewhere archers will need to submit official results sheets to the Team Manager (teammanager@nottsarchery.co.uk). The deadline for score submission is 31st July 2023.
Scores for the WA rounds will be converted to equivalent York/Hereford scores using the Handicap Tables, enabling a squad ranking for each bow style and gender to take place. In the event of a tie the score from the County Championships will be used to decide overall squad ranking.
Team selections will be reviewed by the NAS Chair and Vice Chairs before being released.
Eligibility
Archers must be affiliated to NAS, EMAS and Archery GB.
Juniors must enter as seniors and shoot the senior distances to be eligible. Their scores will still be eligible for the Junior Team (to be converted by the Junior Team Manager to their age equivalent score using the Archery GB handicap tables).
Masters must shoot the senior distances (Masters rounds are not eligible)

The selection criteria will be used to select the team to represent Nottinghamshire from 3rd September 2023 to 31st July 2024.
