The Junior winter training is being run again this year from November through to March.

Please give Junior Name, bow Type (Recurve, Barebow, Longbow, Compound) DOB and Club.
The sessions are at Rushcliffe Spencer Academy, West Bridgford NG2 7BW. Saturdays from 1pm to 4pm.
To get the full benefit of the coaching we would like juniors to attend all sessions if possible.
